Demineralizing resin cartridge for reverse osmosis system platinum line plus – with color indicator
The cartridge contains a special ion exchange resin, which is followed by reverse osmosis to remove the last residues of non-retained substances such as silicate, nitrate and other ions. This helps to limit the growth of diatoms, especially when the silicate content in tap water is high.
The resin is equipped with a color indicator that shows the effectiveness of the filter material. If the conductivity of the desalinated osmosis water starts to increase again, the resin turns from blue to green and has to be renewed.
