In aquarium cabinets with an open filter tank, wear and corrosion on the hinges caused by splashes and condensation can hardly be avoided. If used properly, the protective film applied by Rust Protect prevents moisture from reaching the metal parts, which significantly reduces the risk of corrosion. Rust Protect does not resinify and is resistant to saltwater.
