The Aqua Medic blue makes corals fluoresce in darkness, the actinic blue colour is particularly well reflected by the natural colours of the corals. Thus, it seems like they are fluorescing. The Aqua Medic blue is ideal for watching corals feeding at nighttime as many corals show their feeding tentacles during that time.
