Bio S is recommended especially in the first days after setting up a new aquarium to start and accelerate the nitrification process. Bio S is also perfect for settling up filtration media in newly established aquariums. In matured aquariums, it accelerates the decomposition of food residues, as well as other organic compounds and sediments. It improves clarity of water and promotes cleaning the substrate.
