The ProfiDrum Stainless series is fully developed and constructed in Stainless Steel 316, for both static and moving parts. Inlets and outlets are sufficiently dimensioned to top your desired flow. The filters are covered with industrial filter panels with a woven stainless steel mesh of 70 microns. On request, different mesh sizes are certainly possible as well as nylon or polyester mesh.

The ProfiDrum Stainless-series includes a control box and high-pressure pump for an effective and efficient cleaning cycle.

High Flow rates
ProfiDrum RDF’s can filter up to 250000+ liters per hour. With the standard Stainless Steel mesh screen, waste particles down to 70 microns in size are filtered. Custom screen mesh sizes from 40 to 300 microns are available. The ProfiDrum Control Box activates a cleaning cycle to maintain an optimal flow rate when enough waste accumulates in the mesh screen.

Automated cleaning
The ProfiDrum Controlbox was designed from the ground up with reliability in mind. Utilizing relay logic, the ControlBox keeps the ProfiDrum running 24/7. The ProfiDrum Controlbox handles the cleaning and operation of the ProfiDrum. Input from the sensors lets the ControlBox know when it’s time for a screen cleaning.

Rotary Drum Filters (drumfilters) remove solid waste from water using a fine mesh screen. The fine mesh screen traps waste particles, while allowing water to flow through. Sensors tell a connected control box when it’s time to rotate and clean the filter. Fully automated, no hands dirty!

During the cleaning cycle, the control box rotates the drum and activates the high pressure spray bar. The spray bar removes the trapped waste from the fine mesh screen and directs it into the stainless steel waste tray.
